Every phase of the production process, from the realization of the glassy blends to all the other processes, has always been carried out by Sylcom in an attentive and scrupulous way in full compliance with environmental legislation.
However, Sylcom has decided to do more: pursuing its policy of continuous commitment to the environment, it has implemented an environmental management system in its production process in order to ensure that every single environmental aspect linked to its activity (from the choice of raw materials, monitoring emissions, energy consumption) is always kept under control and managed in the best possible way.
Sylcom's commitment is rewarded in February 2009 when it obtains the most important acknowledgment for environmental protection for its management system: certification according to ISO 14001: 2004 for the production and processing of blown glass and plate and realization of lighting and glass furnishing apparatus.
Sylcom has obtained from the institute for the protection of Italian producers 100% Made in Italy certification: a recognition that, through scrupulous controls, is the only one to ensure the effective full realization of the product in Italy, without any possibility of misunderstanding. Each Sylcom creation is accompanied by its own warranty card, issued directly by Promindustria SpA, with a progressive numbering code that certifies its total authenticity.
